Proceedings were suspended Thursday in the murder case of a Bentonville man accused of killing his wife.
Perry Dennis Davis Jr., 49, is charged with kidnapping and capital murder, both Class Y felonies.
Davis attorneys filed a motion requesting a mental evaluation for their client.
