Bentonville district breaks ground on McAuley Place development, hopes to provide affordable housing

BENTONVILLE — New apartments with rents of between $700 and $750 a month — about half the going rate in Bentonville — will start opening by the end of next year across the street from a community center, within walking distance of a health clinic and with plans for an early childhood learning center on site.
