Janie Mines, Naval Academy’s first Black female graduate, speaks at the Momentary in Bentonville

BENTONVILLE -- Janie Mines, the first Black woman to graduate from the Naval Academy, spoke Wednesday in a crowded auditorium at the Momentary to tell her unique story as a trailblazer in the armed forces.
