A Garfield man is fit to stand trial on murder and robbery charges in connection with the deaths of his mother and grandmother, according to Monday’s ruling by Circuit Judge Robin Green.
Nicholas Johansen, 21, is charged with two counts of capital murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.
He is accused of killing his mother, Christina Bishop, and his grandmother, Louise Bishop, 81.
