Arrests Fayetteville Shannon Miller, 41, of 18423 Miller Road in Winslow was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to pay child support and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,425 bond Friday. Washington County Sheriff’s Office Lauren Bouwman, 24, of 11700 Giles Road in Farmington was arrested Thursday in connection with felony financial identity fraud and theft of property. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 Thursday.
