4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Connor Smith, 21, of 4049 Wooded Hollow Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
