Janet Lynn Salas, 26, of 13 Pine St. in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, three counts of possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance and unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime. Salas was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
