Eileen Rees was taken to Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville following an accident in Bella Vista on Wednesday. Benton County Coroner Daniel R. Oxford said Monday the cause of her death was drowning. The hospital and whether a cause of death was known were incorrect in a story in Saturday's newspaper.
